We would love our wedding to be an excuse for our family and friends to dress up!
The dress code for the wedding will be black-tie optional
Ladies, please wear a full-length gown. We encourage you to wear earthy or spring tones and prints
Men are encouraged to wear a dark colored suit (navy, brown, black) or tuxedo with a tie and dress shoes.
We can’t wait to see you all!

Balboa Park offers free parking for verified California residents only in specific locations. You must register online to verify your residency to receive free parking, or to purchase your pass in advance at: https://sandiego.thepermitportal.com/
Parking is enforced from 8 a.m.- 6 p.m. Therefore, the amount of time you will need to purchase parking (if needed) is no more than 1 hour.
Due to these recent changes, we recommend that our guests use Uber or rideshare. We are currently in the process of coordinating with the event manager to create a more convenient plan for our guests.
Parking will be free at all Balboa Park lots for a vehicle with a Disabled Person license plate or placard.

The SDMA Sculpture Garden and Courtyard is an outdoor venue, nestled in the heart of Balboa Park.
Heaters will be provided for guests during dinner and reception, but we recommend bringing a shawl or pashmina if you wish.
May in San Diego is known to have beautiful weather in the low to mid 70s, with cooler evenings. We hope that this information helps you as you plan your outfits!
